1. Use of the Website
You must be at least 18 years old or have permission from a legal guardian to use this website. You agree to use the website only for lawful purposes and not for any fraudulent or harmful activity.
2. Products
We make every effort to display our products as accurately as possible. However, colors and appearance may vary depending on your device. All product descriptions and availability are subject to change without notice.
3. Orders and Payments
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. Orders are accepted only after payment is successfully processed. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order for any reason, including errors in pricing or availability.
Returns are handled strictly according to our Refund Policy.
4. Pricing
All prices are shown in the applicable currency and do not include shipping costs unless stated otherwise. Shipping fees and applicable taxes are calculated at checkout.
5. Shipping and Delivery
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. If delivery is delayed, any mandatory rights you have under applicable consumer law remain unaffected. For consumer purchases, delivery and the risk of loss or damage normally pass when you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, physically receive the goods. If you independently arrange carriage with a carrier that I Can't Compute did not offer, risk may pass when the goods are handed to that carrier, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
6. Withdrawal, Returns and Consumer Rights
Consumers retain all mandatory rights provided by applicable consumer law.
Where a statutory right of withdrawal applies, I Can't Compute will honor that right. Made-to-order or print-on-demand production alone does not remove statutory withdrawal rights.
A statutory withdrawal may be exercised by sending an unequivocal statement to Store@ICantCompute.com before the applicable deadline or by using the standardized withdrawal form provided by I Can't Compute.
For goods covered by Norwegian withdrawal rules, the 14-day withdrawal period normally runs from the day after the consumer, or a designated third party other than the carrier, receives the goods. Goods must then be returned without undue delay and no later than 14 days after notice of withdrawal is sent.
Return shipping costs and reimbursement are handled in accordance with applicable consumer law and the Refund Policy.
I Can't Compute does not currently offer voluntary exchanges, including size or color exchanges. This does not limit any applicable statutory right of withdrawal.
Claims concerning damaged, defective, misprinted or incorrect goods are separate from statutory withdrawal and are not limited to a 14-day statutory complaint period.
For fulfillment purposes, customers are encouraged to report visible problems and provide relevant photos as soon as possible, preferably within 14 days of delivery. This operational preference does not shorten or override mandatory statutory rights.
Genuinely personalised or individually customised products may be subject to statutory exceptions to the right of withdrawal where permitted by applicable law.
