About I Can't Compute
A state of mind.
Some days it's overload. Some days it's absurd. Sometimes you laugh because the alternative is throwing something. I can't compute. You know the feeling.
Where it started
I'm Tor. I started saying “I can't compute” when there was too much noise coming in and too little room left to deal with it. Eventually, I bought the domain and built a store around the phrase.
The humour is dry because life already provides enough drama. Tech jokes are part of it, but so are frustration, strange moods and everyday things that refuse to make sense.
Things that say it for you
It started with hoodies. Today the graphic T-shirts do a lot of the talking. You'll also find mugs, wall art and things for your desk. Some designs are quiet. Some are loud. The common thread is a feeling you recognise.
A small independent store
This is still a one-person operation based in Norway. I work on the designs, build the store and answer the messages. There's a real person on the other side of the website, usually with too many tabs open.
