Refund & Return Policy

All products sold by I Can't Compute are made to order and produced specifically for each customer.

Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or buyer’s remorse.

Eligible Returns

Refunds or replacements are accepted only if the product:

  • Arrives damaged
  • Has a printing defect or quality issue
  • Is the wrong item compared to the order

Return Period

Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery, in accordance with Norwegian consumer regulations.

How to Request a Return

To request a return or refund, please contact us at Store@ICantCompute.com within the return period and include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos showing the issue

Return Shipping

If your return request is approved, I Can't Compute will cover the return shipping costs. No return shipping fees will be charged to the customer for eligible returns.

Refunds & Replacements

Once the issue is reviewed and approved, we will arrange either a replacement or a refund at no additional cost. Refunds are processed back to the original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Orders with incorrect shipping details provided by the customer
  • Unclaimed or refused packages
  • Delays caused by shipping carriers or customs
  • Sale items and gift cards
