Hi! I'm running this solo, so here are honest answers to the questions I get most often.
📦 Ordering & Shipping
How long does it take to receive my order?
Your hoodie is made to order just for you. Production takes 5-7 business days, then shipping time varies by location:
• Norway: 3-5 business days
• Europe: 5-10 business days
• USA/Canada: 7-14 business days
• Rest of world: 10-20 business days
I know it's not Amazon-fast, but that's the trade-off for made-to-order and zero waste.
Do you offer free shipping?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location. I keep them as low as possible, but I can't absorb international shipping costs as a one-person operation.
Can I track my order?
Yes! Once your hoodie ships, you'll get a tracking number via email so you can follow your package.
👕 Sizing & Fit
How do your hoodies fit?
Regular, relaxed fit. True to European sizing. If you're in the US or prefer a looser fit, size up. I'm 180cm and wear L for reference.
What if I'm between sizes?
Go with the larger size for a more comfortable, relaxed fit.
Do you have a size chart?
Yes! Detailed measurements are on each product page. Check chest width, length, and sleeve length before ordering - I can't do exchanges on made-to-order items.

What are your hoodies made of?
100% organic ring-spun combed cotton (350 GSM). No synthetic materials. Certified organic and ethically produced by Stanley/Stella.
Are your hoodies eco-friendly?
Yes:
• 100% organic cotton (GOTS certified)
• Made-to-order production (zero waste, no overstock sitting in warehouses)
• Ethical manufacturing (Fair Wear certified)
• Water-based, eco-friendly inks
How should I care for my hoodie?
• Machine wash cold (30°C max)
• Turn inside out before washing
• Use mild detergent
• Tumble dry low or hang dry
• Don't bleach or iron directly on the print
🔄 Returns & Exchanges
Can I return or exchange my hoodie?
No, sorry. Each hoodie is made to order specifically for you, so I can't accept returns or exchanges except for manufacturing defects or shipping damage.
What if my hoodie arrives damaged or defective?
Contact me within 7 days of delivery with photos, and I'll send you a replacement at no cost. I stand behind the quality.
What if I ordered the wrong size?
Please double-check the size chart before ordering. Since items are made to order, I can't exchange for size issues. I know it's not ideal, but it's the reality of made-to-order.

What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Shop Pay, and other secure payment methods through Shopify Payments.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes. All payments are processed securely through Shopify's encrypted system. I never see or store your credit card information.

Why "I Can't Compute"?
I created this for people experiencing tech burnout, digital overwhelm, and sensory overload. Minimal, honest designs for developers, gamers, and anyone who's had enough input for one day. That's it.
Will you add more designs?
Yes! I'm working on new designs. Subscribe to the email list to be the first to know about new releases.
Can I request a custom design?
